Nh Pisa Hotel

We had the standard room which was top-class and newly remodelled with the toilet of a height. Hotel's location was favourable, to the Tower which is a straight walk of about 20 minutes. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from Graphics Museum.

The bathroom was a bit tired.

It offered us fantastic location close to a train station;))

The hotel was located in front of the bus station, a short distance from a central bus station and a 4 minute drive from the airport. Even so, there were no disturbing noises. The breakfast was spectacular with Healthy Corner, Tuscany products .. really good and substantial. The room with touches of Italian design in the furniture and in the bathroom. The very friendly staff. The parking lot they have located on the side street also easy to find and well functioning. I would go back there. It has nearby places to eat for a small price and has supermarkets and second-hand shops for water and fresh fruit, which is usually in short supply in tourist restaurants.

least favorable is not the hotel, environment. Although the distance to Vittorio Emmanuel Square and Corso of the Italians is small, area around the hotel is frequented by people at risk of exclusion, light and dark skinned. In apprehensive people it can generate some uneasiness.

Incredible setting, so close to shops restaurants, main sightseeing places and the airport. Also, near the station.

Excellent location makes up for value for money.

Food from room service was really disappointing.

Quiet. Welcoming. Included breakfast was very good. Public areas / front of house was pleasingly modern, new and stylish. Location close to station very convenient for visits to other locations.

Bedroom was not on a par with public areas and in need of upgrading/modernisation – not matching image portrayed by hotel website. Did not get requested double bed.

Hotel's situation just opposite Pisa Centrale. In spite of this, rooms are quiet. Staff are very helpful.

Comfortable bed contrasted with poor Wi-Fi connectivity .

Close proximity to travel links.

Heating did not work, hot water supply was poor. Did not get the double superior room we booked but got charged for it all the same.

Convenient, Comfortable, Contemporary

I loved the ultra-convenient location right across from the train station-perfect for solo adventures! My Standard Single Room was spacious, modern, and had a lovely balcony to unwind after a day exploring. Plus, the breakfast was a real treat, with fresh pastries and barista-style coffee made just for me!

It's perfect and absolutely gorgeous place to stay 1 km away from an art museum. The room is contemporary and functional and there are nice views. Thank you very much for a perfect service, can't recommend highly enough.

Location is right opposite Pisa Centrale so excellent for trains and buses. Breakfast and lobby area bright and modern. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Bathroom tiles were dirty, fridge didn't work in room -told staff but nothing happened.Towel rail came away from wall. Lights sounded as though they were fusing when switched on and our friends room had no hot water in bathroom. Rooms had scratches on surfaces and generally looked worn. Connecting door to next rooms means privacy isn't good (can hear their conversation)

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast area could be noisy during peak hours. They should consider a quieter spot for families with kids.
